Can't find an invoice for my order?

We no longer provide an invoice for our customer orders as we are a paperless company, your order number and returns reference can be found on the grey bag your order was delivered in. 

 

Can I get a FREE return?

Our FREE returns option is to your local paglucius store, you can return the item unworn in the original condition within 12 months of purchase, where a refund or exchange can be actioned.

 

How to return a store purchase?

Any purchase made in store will need to be returned to a store for a member of the store team to action a refund or exchanged as required. 

Please ensure to take your receipt, order confirmation or the delivery bag so the team can process your return. 

Please Note: - Do not return this purchase to Head Office as we do not have the facilities to process a refund.

You can return the item in its original re-saleable condition within 12 months, free of charge to your local paglucius store, where a refund or exchange can be authorised.

Please note you must have your Dispatch Email or Store Receipt with you.

If you are not able to take the item to the store, you can select one of our other return options (Home Collection, Parcelshops or Lockers).

Store Orders and Store Purchases

Any items purchased from one of our stores will need to be returned to the store as the original payment was made in store.

The option for store purchases to be returned to our Head Office is unavailable, as we are not able to refund in-store payments.

 

How do I make a return?

Our free returns option is to your local paglucius store, you can return the item unworn in the original condition within 12 months of purchase, where a refund or exchange can be actioned.

When you visit our store for your refund or exchange, please ensure you return these in the delivery bag as this contains the returns reference needed by the store, if you no longer have the bag, please take your order or despatch confirmation email with you.

If you are not able to take your purchase back to store, you are more than welcome to return your purchase to us using our returns portal on our website.

However, if you purchased in store you would need to return to store for your refund or exchange.

Please be advised paglucius does not offer a free returns service to our head office and any returns would be at a cost of $2.50.

 

Refunds

How can I get a refund if I paid by Klarna, Clearpay or Paypal?

If you have paid for your purchase using Klarna, Clearpay or PayPal your refund will be processed back to your Klarna or PayPal account.

How long will my refund take?

Refunds normally take 3-5 working days (not including weekends/bank holidays subject to your bank's terms and conditions to reach your account. How long will i have to wait to receive my refund?

When returning an item through our returns portal your refund is processed 48hrs following the collection of your parcel by the selected courier.

Please be advised that the $2.50 returns charge will be deducted from any monies due to you with regards to this refund. 

 

Why is my refund amount different to the purchase price?

As paglucius do not offer a free postal return service, you will be charged $2.50 to post this back to us.

This postage charge is taken from the total refund amount.

 

Faulty Return?

I have received an incorrect item.

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact our customer services team here

 

When contacting our customer services, we would require you to provide a photo of the item received in error. 

How do I return a faulty item?

We’re sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue with an item purchased from paglucius.

 

Please visit our returns portal where you will be required to provide us with three images of the products. Once these images have been viewed and approved by our customer services team a refund will be processed. 

 

If further action needs to be taken, you will be contacted by a member of our team.

 

Please be advised if your faulty return has been approved then you will not be charged and we will not require the item to be returned to us. 

 

Please note that this option is not available for store purchases, as items originally paid for instore are not able to be refunded at our Head Office.
